1. Sponsor

The Blue Bayou Family Ticket Giveaway is sponsored by The Stephens Law Firm, referred to in these Official Terms and Conditions as the “Sponsor.”

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Blue Bayou Water Park, Dixie Landin’, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, any ticket issuer, or any other third party unless expressly stated in writing.

All park names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of Louisiana who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

• Have a valid telephone number or email address; and

• Complete all required entry steps.

Employees, attorneys, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family or household members of The Stephens Law Firm are not eligible to enter or win.

For purposes of these rules, immediate family members include spouses, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and individuals residing in the same household.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Central Time.

All eligible entries must be received before 12:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, July 17, 2026.

The Sponsor’s records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the giveaway.

4. How to Enter

To receive one eligible entry, a participant must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow The Stephens Law Firm on the social media platform identified in the official giveaway post;

2. Share the official Blue Bayou Family Ticket Giveaway post; and

3. Complete and submit the official nomination or entry form through CALLWILLIEWILL.COM or the designated giveaway link.

Participants may nominate themselves or another eligible Louisiana resident.

Limit one entry per person and one nomination per nominee unless otherwise stated by the Sponsor.

Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or late entries may be disqualified.

No purchase, payment, legal consultation, signed representation agreement, or attorney-client relationship is required to participate.

5. Prize

One randomly selected winner will receive up to four general admission tickets to Blue Bayou Water Park for a family of four.

Number of Winners: One
Maximum Number of Tickets: Four
Approximate Retail Value: Based on the retail price of up to four admission tickets at the time the prize is awarded.

The prize includes admission tickets only unless otherwise expressly stated by The Stephens Law Firm.

The prize does not include:

• Transportation;

• Parking;

• Lodging;

• Meals or beverages;

• Merchandise;

• Childcare;

• Travel insurance;

• Taxes;

• Personal expenses; or

• Any other cost not expressly listed as part of the prize.

Tickets are subject to availability, expiration dates, park operating schedules, capacity restrictions, weather conditions, blackout dates, health and safety requirements, attraction restrictions, and all other rules established by Blue Bayou Water Park or the ticket issuer.

The Sponsor does not control park operations and is not responsible for park closures, attraction closures, schedule changes, weather disruptions, capacity limits, denied entry, or changes to park policies.

The prize is nontransferable and may not be exchanged, refunded, sold, or redeemed for cash except where required by law or authorized by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Random Winner Selection

One potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or after Friday, July 17, 2026, after the giveaway closes at 12:00 p.m. Central Time.

The nomination story, household size, financial circumstances, or relationship between the nominator and nominee will not increase or decrease the chances of winning.

7. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the telephone number, email address, or social media account provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the Sponsor’s first notification attempt.

The potential winner may be required to provide:

• Valid government-issued identification;

• Proof of age;

• Proof of Louisiana residency;

• A completed eligibility verification form;

• A liability or publicity release, where permitted; and

• Any additional information reasonably required to administer the giveaway.

The potential winner may be disqualified if the person:

• Does not respond within 48 hours;

• Cannot be contacted;

• Does not meet the eligibility requirements;

• Provides inaccurate or incomplete information;

• Declines the prize; or

• Does not provide requested documentation.

If the potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor is not responsible for unsuccessful notification attempts caused by incorrect contact information, full voicemail boxes, spam filters, private social media settings, technical problems, or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

9. Prize Delivery and Ticket Security

The verified winner will receive instructions for claiming the tickets.

Tickets may be delivered electronically, mailed, or made available for pickup, as determined by the Sponsor.

Once delivered, the Sponsor is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, deleted, damaged, copied, transferred without authorization, or used by another person.

The winner is responsible for protecting all barcodes, confirmation numbers, electronic tickets, and admission credentials.

10. Minors and Guests

The official entrant and prize recipient must be at least 18 years old.

Any minor using a ticket must have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Supervising minors;

• Selecting appropriate guests;

• Providing transportation;

• Determining whether a guest is physically able to participate;

• Determining whether an attraction is appropriate for a guest; or

• Ensuring compliance with park age, height, health, or safety restrictions.

11. Assumption of Risk

The winner and all guests voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with travel, outdoor recreation, water parks, amusement attractions, crowds, weather, physical activity, and participation in park activities.

All guests must comply with posted park rules, safety instructions, health requirements, attraction restrictions, and directions from park employees.

The Sponsor makes no warranty regarding the safety, quality, condition, suitability, operation, or availability of the park, its attractions, or its services.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants the Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city, photograph, video, voice, likeness, and prize-related statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the giveaway may be used to:

• Administer the giveaway;

• Confirm eligibility;

• Contact entrants and potential winners;

• Award and deliver the tickets;

• Announce the verified winner; and

• Satisfy legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Entering the giveaway does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Stephens Law Firm.

Participants should review the Sponsor’s website Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection and use of personal information.

14. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who:

• Violates these Official Terms and Conditions;

• Tampers with or manipulates the entry process;

• Uses bots, scripts, automation, false identities, or fraudulent information;

• Attempts to obtain unauthorized additional entries;

• Harasses the Sponsor, its employees, another participant, or a potential winner; or

• Acts in a manner that compromises the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.

The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, extend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, severe weather, park closure, emergency conditions, platform outages, or another circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the fairness, security, administration, or proper operation of the giveaway.

If the giveaway is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, when reasonably possible.

All Sponsor decisions regarding eligibility, administration, interpretation of these rules, and winner selection are final.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless The Stephens Law Firm and its attorneys, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, promotional partners, Blue Bayou Water Park, Dixie Landin’, ticket issuers, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and other social media platforms from claims, losses, injuries, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in the giveaway;

• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the tickets;

• Travel to or from the park;

• Participation in park attractions or activities;

• Park or attraction closures;

• Weather conditions;

• Technical failures or unavailable websites;

• Incorrect or incomplete entries;

• Lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected communications; or

• Unauthorized intervention in the giveaway.

Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Taxes and Expenses

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and all expenses not specifically included in the prize description, including transportation, parking, food, lodging, and personal expenses.

17. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.

Participants release those platforms from claims arising from or related to the giveaway to the extent permitted by law.

Questions, comments, or complaints regarding the giveaway must be directed to The Stephens Law Firm and not to a social media platform.

18. Governing Law

This giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

These Official Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal dispute arising from the giveaway must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Louisiana unless another venue is required by law.

19. Winner Announcement

After eligibility is verified and the prize is accepted, the Sponsor may announce the winner’s name and city on The Stephens Law Firm’s website or official social media pages.
