1. Eligibility

The Stephens Law Firm $100 Ulta Gift Card Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of Louisiana and Texas who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of The Stephens Law Firm (“Sponsor”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising & promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same households are not eligible to participate or win. Void outside Louisiana and Texas, and where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

2. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 10/1/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on 10/30/2025 (“Promotion Period”).

3. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period:

1️⃣ Visit StephensInjury.com/giveaway and complete the entry form (one entry per person).
2️⃣ After completing the form, share our latest post and comment under our post: “Willie Stephens — The People’s Attorney.”

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT on 10/30/2025 to be eligible. Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and void.

4. Winner Selection/Odds

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by Sponsor on 10/31/2025 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone on 10/31/2025. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable communications due to incorrect contact information, filtering, or insufficient inbox space.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: A $100 Ulta Gift Card. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitution allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

6. Miscellaneous

No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prize permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor and its designees may use entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, and/or statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entrants also agree to hold harmless The Stephens Law Firm and its representatives from any claim, injury, or damage resulting from participation in this Giveaway or use of the prize.

7. Choice of Law

All issues concerning these Official Rules and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA.
